My first playthrough of the Rebirth memory (Sequence 2, Memory 2) looked like this. I don't know how it's supposed to look but I'm sure this isn't it!

Did you not get patched? This was a glitch on release day but was supposedly fixed in the first or second patch. Maybe some copies still get it.
