Bulls just beat the Celtics, and Rose locked down the MVP. Unfortunately, I fear many of you may not be big on the NBA (though I'm willing to bet Asaic is a HUGE Raptors fan ) but I'm gonna take my chances anyway.
Bulls are going to the Finals this year! The playoffs start April 17th.
Haha WNBA is a joke. Not being sexist, but it's...it's awful.

Derrick Rose is doing an advertisement for Assassin's Creed: Revelations!
He has an ad in the latest edition of Game Informer wearing an assassin hood. I'll try to post an image of it on here as soon as it becomes available.
Adrian Peterson (NFL Running Back) and BJ Penn (UFC Champion) are also doing advertisements.

Pussy, money, weed, that's all a n*gga need!
Rose might as well do something enjoyable. He's not going to be playing any meaningful basketball games for awhile. FLAE, I've been MIA for awhile...how's it going?

GB!!!! Welcome back! Man, it's good to see you. I hope you can hang around for a good long time!

I was starting to think FLAE wouldn't have anyone else to talk about Basketball. Welcome back Gopher.
Hey guys! Thanks for the kind words. It's good to be back. Things have been a bit busy the past 3 months. Now that life has decided to give me a breather, I'm back for good.
I wouldn't let FLAE get lonely during basketball season. Although, it doesn't appear that there are going to be any NBA games any time soon. I'm hoping FLAE knows half as much about NCAA basketball as he does the NBA.

Buckeye pride. Jared Sullinger for player of the year. We got screwed over by Kentucky in the tourney last year and Calapari is the most blatant cheater in all of college sports.

Well hopefully we can have a heated discussion come March. My Blue Devils are going to be right in the thick of it this year.

FLAE, you watching the World Series?

Being a Buckeyes fan, I'm assuming you're familiar with Mark Titus. What do you think of the new Grantland.com site?

Love Grantland, hate baseball.
On a somewhat related note, Bill Simmons had an interesting idea about moving the Charlotte Bobcats to Chicago that he posted on there:
I love this idea. The more basketball in Chicago, the merrier. What do you think?

I'm disappointed you hate baseball, but I know a lot of people that fall into that boat. I love the idea of moving the Bobcats to Chicago, and would love if they picked up a new name in the process. I have always felt that it was ridiculous to put that team in Charlotte when the city had already proven that it couldn't support the Hornets. They didn't draw crowds when the team was a perennial contender in the East with Alonzo and Larry Johnson. That was Stern doing whatever the hell he wanted to do and ignoring what was best for the league, kind of like allowing the Sonics to leave Seattle even though they had a ridiculous fan base and did very well in attendance. I think if any city deserves an a new franchise it would have to be Chicago. No owner would be able to leverage partnerships and bring in massive inflows of funding the way Jordan would be able to in the Chicago area. It would instantly make the Bobcats a target destination for free agents looking to move to a great city and land with a team with potential (assuming that the Bobcats started making better decisions in the draft and quit giving out bad contracts like it's a charity auction - which is one reason we're in this stalemate with the lockout). This is the mold that the Clippers should have fallen into over the past 20 years, but they have the worst owner in sports (now that Al Davis has died - and I'm not convinced that he didn't die 5 years ago and they found a way to move him around like a marionette).

LOL! Where do you suppose they got the inspiration for "Weekend at Bernie's"?

He looked more and more like the Crypt Keeper from Tales from the Crypt every day. He really did look like he was already dead. I bet he gaves his grandchildren nightmares.

FLAE...I saw the AC:R commercial with Rose, Peterson, and Penn that you were talking about. Pretty cool commercial. The new MW3 commerical with Jonah Hill and Dwight Howard made me laugh too.

My face when I heard the news this morning:
I can see the Bulls smack the Lakers across the court on Christmas!

Giggity! I'm pumped. I have no idea why it took so long for them to come to such an easy agreement.
